PAYMENT METHODS
Secure online payments are made using your credit card, debit card, paypal account, or bank account through Paypal. Secure payments can be made without revealing your credit card number or financial information. You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to make a credit, debit or bank account payment through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and quick way to pay online using ssl encryption to protect your private information. Sorry no checks.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Vintage To Vogue charges a flat shipping fee of $9.99 regardless of the size of your order. Fragile, antique, vintage items and items over $49 are insured and all items will be tracked.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours or two business days. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive shipment. Large orders may be sent out in more than one box. You will be notified by email if an item is on backorder.
Vintage To Vogue currently ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS depending on the item. UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes so if you have one, please contact me before ordering. Certain items may require additional shipping charges which will be stated in the listing.
Vintage to Vogue currently ships to the United States ONLY. NO international shipping.
Vintage to Vogue does reuse packing and shipping materials in order to keep shipping costs low for customers and because it is good for our environment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Vintage To Vogue offers many items that are antique, vintage or in gently used condition, therefore, they are sold "as is" and are NOT RETURNABLE. However, I will do my best to show pictures and describe the condition of all items. However, if you have any question BEFORE purchasing an item, please email me and I will be happy to help you. My goal is to make each transaction successful for us both.
New items are returnable. Please inspect your item withing 4 days of receipt of your purchase to receive a return authorization. The item must be returned in the condition it was received - undamaged in its original packing. Returned items must be insured. You will receive a store credit for the price of the returned item. Shipping and insurance costs are non refundable.
Damaged "As Is" Items Only: Please inspect your order within 4 days of receipt. I accept returns ONLY if the item(s) purchased is damaged in shipping. Photo proof is required before refund. Shipping charges are NOT refunded. NO REFUNDS after 14 days. Please email me with any questions.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged for shipments to Louisiana addresses only and will be charged at the current tax rate of 4%.
PRIVACY
Vintage To Vogue is a home based business and does not sell or share customer information collected on its site to any other parties.
