This is a beautiful Franklin Mint Collector Plate by Violet Schwenig entitled GARDEN GAZEBO.  This is a limited edition plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and is made of fine porcelain.  It is signed and numbered.  Comes in its original box.  No COA but numbered on back.
